Can I cancel my order after I place it? 

As we process and ship orders quickly (12-24 hours during business week), it is unlikely that we'll be able to cancel your order after you submit it. If you would like to try to cancel your order, please contact us. 

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards: Discover, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept other electronic payment methods including PayPal, AmazonPay, and more. 

Is my information secure when I place an order? 

Yes, we use industry standard SSL encryption to protect your personal information during checkout and contact forms. 

Can I place an order from outside the USA? 

At this time, our website only accepts orders in the contiguous USA. 

Can I buy in bulk? 

Please contact us if you are interested in buying in bulk. 

Why isn't a discount code working? 

The discount code you used may be expired, limited to one time use, or require you to be logged into your account. Contact us if you’re having trouble with a code. 

How can I check the status of my order? 

Use the tracking number provided in the shipment confirmation email to check the status. You can also log into your account on the website to view order status and history. If you do not have a shipment confirmation email, please contact us to check your order status.

Shipping Policy:

We want you to receive your items as soon as possible so most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Order tracking information will be sent via email or text message (SMS), depending on the options you selected at checkout. Please contact us if you have any questions about ordering, shipping, or returns. 

Shipping Methods, Rates, and Destinations 

We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations. 

Standard Shipping Speed Estimate 

Orders are typically delivered within 2-8 days depending on shipment method, receiving address, and carrier capacity.

Refund Policy:


We accept returns of new, unused items with packaging attached within 60 days of your order. In most cases, we'll refund 100% of your returned items, but we do reserve the right to withhold up to 25% in restocking fees for irregular returns. Your refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving returned items and will not include original shipping costs. Please contact us to initiate a return. 


If you receive a defective or damaged item in your order, we'll replace it free of charge. Please contact us and include a photo of your item to get a replacement.
